Not really game related, but here ya go! This is what I am making on Thanksgiving.
Goblin Roasted Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
1 pound of Brussels sprouts
Olive Oil
2 table spoons of salt
1 table spoon of black pepper
2 table spoons of Minced Garlic
6 slices of thick cut bacon
Small Red Onion, diced
Pecorino Romano cheese
Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
1) Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
2) Coat in Olive Oil
3) Mix in salt, pepper, minced garlic.
4) Slice thick cut bacon into cubes, mix in.
5) Dice red onion, mix in.
6) Place in baking tray, lined with tin foil.
7) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8) Place in serving tray.
9) Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle shredded pecorino Romano to taste.
