It’s our first Cthulhu Invictus Friday Update!
I’d like to tell you a little bit about an important member of our team. He’s was a vital part of helping Miskatonic River Press being the ancient world to life in The Legacy of Arrius Lurco and has joined the production team on De Horrore Cosmico.
Justin Mansfield is a professor at the University of Chicago, holding degrees in Classical Languages, Classics, and Ancient Mediterranean World. He speaks Latin like a Roman, Ancient Greek like a merchant, and Coptic, Hebrew, German, and Yiddish like a tourist. He’s even knows a smattering of Goth.
Justin will be reading and commenting on each scenario for De Horrore Cosmico, lending his expertise in fine tuning our historical accuracy with special emphasis on our use of Latin and Greek. Speaking personally he is a joy to work with, a natural teacher who’s help will be and has been invaluable in making the ancient world a living breathing place to our writers and ultimately our fans.
